摘要
文中以越南山洞2X110MW燃煤电站项目为例,把供应链应用到国际工程项目中,突破了一般的国际工程项目中的设备物资物流运输范畴,从供应链的构建到管理各方面理论结合实际的阐述,为今后供应链在国际工程项目中的管理提供了很好的经验和探讨。
Based on the example of Vietnam Sondong 2x 110MW Thermal Power Plant Project, this article discussed the application of supply chain in international project with both theoretically and practically which is a new form to the normal conception of logistics field in international projects. This article shared experience and offered more discussion for the application and management of supply chain in future international project.
