摘要
目的研究吸烟对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖和脂类代谢及血清可溶性E-选择素水平的影响。方法 T2DM患者106例分为60例吸烟者和46例非吸烟者两组,56例不吸烟健康志愿者作为对照组,采用7600-11E生化分析仪测定其血糖(GLU)、血脂(TC、TG),酶联免疫吸附法测定可溶性E-选择素(E-selectin)水平。结果 T2DM吸烟组GLU、TC、TG和E-selectin水平分别为(9.2±2.9)mmol/L、(5.27±1.25)mmol/L、(1.84±0.86)mmol/L和(235.1±24.4)ng/L,T2DM非吸烟组分别为(10.3±1.4)mmol/L、(5.02±1.18)mmol/L、(1.67±0.65)mmol/L和(203.6±22.1)ng/L,对照组分别为(5.1±1.7)mmol/L、(4.9±0.85)mmol/L、(1.37±0.42)mmol/L和(97.4±10.3)ng/L。T2DM吸烟组和非吸烟组GLU、TC、TG及可溶性E-选择素明显高于非吸烟健康组(P<0.01)。结论吸烟可导致机体糖、脂类代谢异常,且诱导血管内皮细胞激活使血清可溶性E-选择素水平增高。
Objective To study the effect of smoking on the serum levels of carbohydrate,lipid and the solubility E-selectin in diabetics.Methods We randomly selected 60 type 2 diabetics(T2DM) with smoking,46 diabetics without smoking and 56 non-smoking non-diabetic controls from June 2008 to December 2009.A 7600-11E biochemistry analyzer and an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay were adopted to determine the levels of serum carbohydrate.Results The GLU,TC,TG and E-selectin levels were(9.2±2.9) mmol/L,(5.27±1.25)mmol/L,(1.84±0.86) mmol/L and(235.1±24.4)ng/L,respectively in T2DM smoking group.The GLU,TC,TG and E-selectin concentrations were(10.3±1.4)mmol/L,(5.02±1.18)mmol/L,(1.67±0.65)mmol/L and(203.6±22.1) ng/L,respectively in T2DM non-smoking group.The GLU,TC,TG and E-selectin concentrations were(5.1±1.7) mmol/L,(4.9±0.85) mmol/L,(1.37±0.42)mmol/L and(97.4±10.3)ng/L in non-smoking healthy group.The concentrations of carbohydrate and lipid were significantly higher in the group of type 2 diabetics with smoking than in the group of non-smoking controls(P0.05).The concentration of solubility E-selectin were significantly higher in type 2 diabetics than in healthy people(P0.01).Conclusion Smoking could increase the serum levels of carbohydrate,lipid and the solubility E-selectin in diabetics,which might be caused by metabolic disturbance and the stimulation of vascular endotheliocyte.
