摘要
在人力资源管理体系中,薪酬管理和激励是激发员工工作积极性和创造性的关键因素。在分析了江汉油田总医院薪酬管理和激励机制存在问题的基础上,从岗位分析、岗位评价、绩效考核、职工福利等角度,探索建立一套科学有效的薪酬管理和激励机制。
Remuneration management and compensation incentives as part of the human resource management system play the key role in activating employees" initiative and creativity. By analyzing the existing problems in the current remuneration and incentives management system of Jianghan Oil Field General Hospital, this paper tried to establish a set of workable remuneration and incentives management institutions based on job analysis and assessment, performance evaluation, employees" benefits and so on and so forth.
