摘要
通过对金堆城钼矿矿石性质、浮选工艺、选矿设备、工业试验等研究,为品位57%钼精矿新工艺设计及工业规模生产提供了可靠依据。工业试生产采用浓缩脱药、立磨擦洗及浮选柱精选等工艺,成功生产出品位为57%的钼精矿,回收率不低于原有浮选机工艺。新工艺已在选矿厂两个精选系统推广应用,具备年产品位57%钼精矿9 000余t的生产能力,可为高溶氧化钼焙烧工艺和钼酸铵无酸低温氨浸工艺提供优质原料,从而提升钼产业链技术水平。
The investigation on ore nature,flotation process,beneficiation equipment,industrial tests for Jinduicheng molybdenum ore provides a reliable basis for the new process design and industrial-scale production of 57% molybdenum concentrate.The molybdenum concentrate grading at 57% with recovery rate of not less than that by the original flotation process was successfully achieved in industrial production by adopting the concentration off-drugs,the grinding and scouring,and the flotation column concentration.This new process has been applied into two concentration systems of the dressing plant with an annual 9000 tons of production capacity and molybdenum concentrate grade of 57%.It can provide high-quality raw materials for high melting molybdenum oxide roasting process and acid-free low-temperature ammonia leaching process of ammonium molybdate,thus increasing the technological level of molybdenum industry.
