摘要
后勤在高校中承担着为教学、科研和师生提供服务和后勤保障的重任。随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高校在后勤管理方面存在的问题开始显现,主要表现为:思想落后、产权制度模糊、职能转换滞后等。高校后勤管理改革,应更新管理观念,明晰产权关系,转变行政部门的职能,推进高校后勤管理向实体化、科学化、社会化发展,使高校后勤管理工作不断朝着健康的轨道向前发展。
Logistics in colleges and universities undertakes the mission for teaching,scientific researching,providing service to the teachers and students and the logistics.With the rapid development of China＇s higher education,college in logistics management problems began to appear,main show is： ideas behind,property rights system fuzzy,conversion functions lag and so on.College rear-service management reform,we should renew management concept,clarifying property right relations,and transform administrative functions,promoting college rear-service management to substantiate,scientific,social development,make rear-service management continuously developing forward towards a healthy orbit.
