摘要
目的:探讨大隐静脉曲张术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(LDVT)3例的原因、预防措施及处理方法。方法:对大隐静脉术后发生LDVT 3例的临床资料进行分析。结果:分析发生术后LDVT的原因和治疗效果。结论:总结评估大隐静脉曲张术前危险因素、手术规范操作、降低术后LDVT的发生率。
Objective： To study the reason,methods of prevention and treatment of postoperative deep venous thrombosis（LDVT） after great saphenous vein surgery.Methods： Analysis of 3 cases＇ clinical data of LDVT after saphenous vein surgery.Results： Analyze the reason of LDVT and the effect of treatment after surgery.Conclusion： summarizing and assessing the risk factors before saphenous vein,and standardarizing surgical procedure can reduce the incidence of LDVT after saphenous vein.
