奈达铂联合氟尿嘧啶治疗初治鼻咽癌24例近期疗效观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的：观察奈达铂联合氟尿嘧啶治疗24例初治鼻咽癌近期疗效和不良反应。方法：24例初治鼻咽癌患者接受奈达铂及氟尿嘧啶方案化疗,奈达铂80mg/m2静脉滴注,d1;5-FU2.5g/m2连续静脉滴注46h。治疗2个周期后按WHO实体瘤疗效评定标准评价疗效及毒副反应。结果：全组24例均可评价疗效,总有效率79.2%（19/24）,主要不良反应为Ⅲ~Ⅳ度骨髓抑制及消化道症状。结论：奈达铂联合氟尿嘧啶治疗初治鼻咽癌近期疗效好,不良反应较轻,多数患者能耐受,是治疗鼻咽癌的较好方案。
