摘要 利用微小型光纤光谱仪对电弧激发铜等离子体的发射光谱进行了实时测量。根据局部热力学平衡理论,用多谱线斜率法测得了纯铜电弧等离子体的激发温度,研究了激发温度随时间变化情况。结果表明,在电弧引燃30秒后,等离子体激发温度相对稳定,温度范围在5360~5395K. The real-time atomic emission spectrum of the arc plasma(Cu) was measured by microminiature fiber optic spectrometers.In Local Thermodynamic Equilibrium,the excitation temperature of the arc plasma(Cu) was measured by multiline slope method.The relation between the excitated temperature and time was obtained.Result indicated that,after the arc has been ignited about thirty seconds,the excitation temperature of the arc plasma was comparatively stable,and the temperature range was 5360~5395K.
