摘要
目的探讨住院老年患者发生跌倒的原因和预防的护理对策。方法对本院30例老年患者跌倒的个案。从年龄、疾病、用药、发生地点、时间、事件和结果等进行回顾性分析。结果老年住院患者的年龄、性别、药物、疾病、设施和环境、心理因素、体位变化等影响跌倒事件的发生。结论为预防跌倒事件的发生，需要医护人员、护工和病人、病人家属增强预防意识，对老年患者进行跌倒风险评估，改善住院环境，消除安全隐患，鼓励老年病人参加适量、规律的体育锻炼。加强护理防护措施。
Objective of this research is to explore the causes of fall of elderly hospitalized patient. Method Thirty cases in a hospital were collected and analyzed based on patients＂ age, gender, illness, drug, place, time, event and result. Results showed that more men falled than women; people aged from 71 to 90 failed more than that of 61-70; the illness, drug effect, establishment of hospital, surrounding, body position changing and psychological statues were important factors that influence the fall of the elder. Conclusion To prevent and reduce the falls of the elder, it is necessary to improve the awareness of nurses, patients and their family members, to evaluate the risk of the elder, to make the environment more comfortable for the elder, and encourage the patient to do some suitable physical exercises.
