摘要
制作水库洪水风险图，要进行水库校核洪水淹没计算和水库溃坝洪水淹没计算，然后对洪水淹没损失进行评估，最后采用地形素图绘制成洪水风险图。
In order to work out the flood risk figures of reservoirs,we first do the submerged calculation of spillway design flood and dam bursting flood on reservoirs.Secondly,flowage damage of flood is estimated.At last,we should adopt the geomorphologic map to draw the flood risk figures and finish its directions.
