摘要
通过新复合络盐晶体(NH4)1.95(Zn0.95Al0.05)(SO4)2.6H2O的合成证实了反应初始溶液中形成了络离子。研究了沉淀终点pH值对掺铝氧化锌(ZAO)粒径及产率的影响,以及锌离子总浓度对ZAO粒径的影响。结果表明:制备ZAO纳米晶粉体的最佳沉淀终点pH=7,最佳锌离子总浓度为0.3mol/L,所得ZAO粉体的一次晶粒平均尺寸约13nm。
Al-doped-ZnO(ZAO) nanocrystalline powders were prepared by complex salt method.A new complex salt crystal,(NH4)1.95(Zn0.95Al0.05)(SO4)2·6H2O,was synthesized in the experiment,which proved the formation of complex ion in the initial reaction solution.The effects of reaction terminal pH value and concentration of Zn2+ on the particle size of ZAO powder were investigated in detail.The results showed that the optimal reaction terminal pH value and concentration of Zn2+ is 7 and 0.3mol/L,respectively and the primary particle size of obtained ZAO was 13nm.
