摘要
本文通过加入生石灰、无机盐类激发剂等化学添加剂对氟石膏进行化学改性固氟脱酸;以氟石膏为主要原料,辅以添加水泥、保水剂等其它外加剂研制出墙体抹灰用粉刷石膏。结果表明:一定量的激发剂能充分激发氟石膏的活性,提高其强度;在粉刷石膏中掺加适量水泥可以明显提高早期强度,但是当掺量超过10%时,强度随着水泥掺量的增加而逐渐的减小。经测试,粉刷石膏的各项性能指标均能满足JC/T517-2004的要求,且具有良好的施工性能,市场前景广阔。
Fluoride retention and deacidification effect by adding chemical additives such as CaO and salt activator was studied. Using cement and stabilizer, as well as other additives, fluorgypsum mixture was prepared for gypsum plaster which was used for plastering of wall. The results reveal that a certain amount of activating agent can fully stimulate the activity of fluorgypsum to increase strength ; the early strength of plastering gypsum can be obviously improved by adding cement,but when its content is above 10%, the strength will decrease with increaseing cement. All terms of property test result show that every technical performance index of plastering gypsum has reached the standard (JC/T517-2004) and it has good construction behaviour and expansive market prospect.
