摘要
近年来,教师校本专业发展的引入成为我国地方本科高校教师发展的突破口,但在操作过程中缺乏系统性,从而影响到教师自身的发展。本文通过对美国丹佛大都会州立学院的教师校本专业发展实践的考察,试图总结出一些有益的经验,为我国高校的教师专业发展提供参考。
In recent years,the introduction of school-based professional development of teachers has become the new breakthrough for the teacher development in our local colleges and universities.But because of incomplete system in the operation,there's the restriction in the school-based professional development of teachers.Through the observation of Metropolitan State College of Denver's practice of school-based professional development of teachers,the paper summarizes the interrelated experience and obtains the useful enlightenment from them in order to provide some new thoughts for the school-based professional development of teachers in local colleges and universities in China.
