摘要
目的:研究术后早期应用肿瘤专用型肠内营养液对胃癌患者免疫功能、炎症反应的影响。方法:将60例胃恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,每组30例。试验组使用肿瘤专用型肠内营养液瑞能,对照组使用常规肠内营养液瑞素,均于术后第2天始,分别给予等热量的肠内营养支持,并于术前1天、术后第1、第9天检测两组患者IgG、IgM、IgA、CD_4、CD_8、CD_4/CD_8、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α。结果:术后第9天试验组IgG、IgM、IgA、CD_4、CD_4/CD_8较对照组明显升高,IL-6、TNF-α较对照组明显降低。结论:胃癌患者手术后早期应用肿瘤专用型肠内营养液可减轻机体炎症反应,改善其免疫功能。
Objective: To study the tumor-specific type of early postoperative enteral nutrition on the immune function and inflammatory response of gastric cancer patients. Method:60 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The test group using the tumor-specific enteral nutrition supporton and the controlled group using con- ventional enteral nutrition emulsion, began 2 days after their operation. They were given enteral nutrition with the same calories. Their IgG, IgM, IgA, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α were tested 1st day before surgery and 1st, 9th day after the first detection. Result:On the 9th day after the test, the IgG, IgM, IgA, CD4, CD4/CDs of the test group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group, and its IL-6, TNF-α were significantly lower than these of the controlled group. Conclusion:Tumor-specific type of early enteral nutrition reduced the inflammatory responsed and im- prove immune function in gastric cancer patients after surgery.
