摘要
通过对企业软件技术岗位人才要求的调研,归纳企业对软件技术人才需求的共性,制定高职软件技术专业人才培养方案,按通用能力课程、核心能力课程和个性能力课程设计课程体系,按模块化实施课程教学,按理论与实践一体化组织教学内容,并根据人才市场变化开设特色课程,注重实训,强调教学过程的实践性。
Through investigation on talents demand for software technology posts in enterprises,the commonness of talent demand of software technology posts in enterprises was summarized,and the talent cultivation plan of software technology specialty of higher vocational education was formulated,the curriculum system was designed according to generality ability courses,core ability courses and individual ability courses,the teaching was implemented according to modularization,the teaching contents were organized according to theory and practice integration,the characteristic courses were set up accord ing to talent market changing,the practice training was paid attention to,the practicality of teaching process was stressed.
