摘要
并网型风电发电机组启停无序,将会对电力系统产生冲击电流、电压速变和频率不稳定等严重影响电能质量。在常规并网型风电场研究的基础上,提出了在风力发电机端和并网支路线端加延迟控制器,根据电力系统电能质量强弱及风电场在电网中的接入点状况,合理安排每台风力发电机组的最佳并网时间,限制风力发电机组无序并网与脱网,规范有序上网与解列。对并网型风力发电机组加延时控制器前后对电能质量的影响,进行仿真对比分析,加延时控制器后能够减缓并网或脱网时刻对电力系统的影响。
Grid-connected Wind Turbine with start or stop disorder can produce such problems as great impact on current,voltage raiding changes and frequency instability and so on.Scholars both at home and abroad have been trying to solve them,but it is difficult to achieve the best effect.This paper,based on researches of conventional grid-connected wind farms,proposes to add a Time-lapse Controller in the Wind Turbine and Branch-liner so as to arrange each wind turbine connects to the grid at the best time,limit the wind turbine of disorderly in/off grid,and put the access and split in grid in order.Through simulation and contrast,the result shows that the method is able to reduce the influence of in/off grid on the power system.
