摘要 登革病毒包膜E蛋白III区(DENV ED3)是登革病毒与敏感细胞受体结合的功能区域,对其结构和功能的研究,将有助于理解登革病毒与其敏感细胞间的相互作用和致病机理,为登革病毒受体研究和研发特异性阻断剂控制DENV感染奠定基础。现就DENV ED3的研究进展作一综述。 Dengue virus envelope protein domain Ⅲ(DENV ED3) is the functional area of Dengue virus to combine with sensitive cell receptor.Researching the structure and function of DENV ED3 contributes to the understanding of the interaction of dengue virus with sensitive cells and the viral pathogenesis,which also helps lay foundation for investigating the dengue virus receptors and developing the specific blocking agent to control DENV infection.Here we reviewed the recent advancement in study of DENV ED3.
