摘要
目的了解医院念珠菌感染药敏情况,为临床合理用药提供实验依据。方法从临床标本中分离培养念珠菌,进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果 1 538份临床标本中分离出念珠菌152株(9.88%);其中,白色念珠菌111株(73.03%),克柔氏念珠菌31例(20.39%),其他10(6.58%)。白色念珠菌对常用抗真菌药物敏感性均较高(伊曲康唑除外),而克柔氏念珠菌则对常用抗真菌药物均有较高的敏感率。结论白色念珠菌和克柔氏念珠菌对临床一线抗真菌药氟康唑存在耐药株,应重视对高危人群进行微生物学检测和药敏试验。
Aim To investigate drug sensitivity of candida to antibiotics in patients with candida infection. Methods Candida were isolated and Cultured from clinical 152 and drug sensitivity of candida to antifungal was conducted and the results were analyzed . Results A total of 152 （9.88%）candida strains were isolated from 1 538 samples,including 111 （73.03%）Candida albicans and 31 （20.39%）Candida knlsei. Candida albicans showed higher sensitive rates to conventional antifungal drugs except itraconazole. However,Candida krusei showed higher sensitive rates to antifungal agents. Conehtsion Candida albicans and Candida krusei showed resistances to clinical flint-line antifuangal drugs such as fluconazole. Thus slug sensitivity tests be carried out to guide clinical treatment of the infections
