摘要
目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板(LPFP)内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位股骨近端钢板LPFP内固定治粗隆间骨折54例。结果术后随访3～14个月,平均9个月,按髋关节功能评分标准(Harris评分)评定:优40例,良9例,可5例,优良率90.7%。结论 LPFP内固定术具有操作方便,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高等优点,是治疗老年股骨隆间骨折的理想方法之一。
Objective To explore the effective of locking proximal femur plate（LPEP） for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elder patients.Methods 54 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients were treaded by LPFP.Results 54 patients were followed up for 3-14 months（averagely 9 months）.All patients got reduction and union.According to Harris scoring,the hip functions were excellent in 40 cases,good in 9 and fair in 5 cases,with the excellent and good rate being 91.7%.Conclusion Application of the locking proximal femur plate is appropriate for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in aged patients with the advantage of minimal invasion,reliable fixation and high healing rate.
