磁共振成像技术进展及其在中枢神经系统的应用 被引量:1

摘要 近年的MRI技术进展主要体现在3.0T设备的不断成熟及超高场强MRI在中枢神经系统的投入使用。由于MRI的信噪比(SNR)与主磁场强度成正比,与、1.5T的设备比较,应用3.0T设备所得信号的信噪比几乎可提高1倍。随着更高采集带宽、更高效阵列线圈并行采集技术、更强梯度场,以及回波容积成像(EVI)的应用,通过单次激发或单次采集获得高分辨图像业已成为可能。目前,全世界已有50余台用于人体成像的7.0TMRI设备在运行,在9.4T设备上对成年家兔及其后代未观察到不良生物学效应,应用于人体成像的11.7TMRI设备也已得到批准,预计将于2012年投入使用。
