摘要
通过不同的等温热处理工艺研究了7075铝合金组织的变化,并得到合理的半固态等温热处理工艺。结果表明:当保温时间相同时,随温度的升高,晶粒尺寸和球化程度均增加;当热处理温度相同时,晶粒的尺寸随保温时间的延长而增大,晶粒的圆度先减小后增大。用软件ImageProplus6.0计算出了晶粒的大小和晶粒的圆度,获得了晶粒大小、保温时间、晶粒圆度三者间的关系曲线。并将这些数据整理分析,用Origin7.5得到了晶粒大小与保温时间的关系式。
The microstructure evolution of 7075 aluminum alloy during different semi-solid isothermal heat treatment was researched,the proper isothermal heat treatment process was gained.The results show that,under the same holding time,grain size and spheroidization increases with the increase of isothermal temperature;at the same heat treatment temperature,grain size increases with the increase of holding time,grain roundness firstly decreases and then increases.The grain size and roundness is gained through software Image Proplus6.0,the relationship among grain size,holding time and roundness is obtained.Then these data are analyzed through data processing software origin7.5 fitting,the curve between grain size(diameter) and holding time is obtained.
