摘要
目的:分析变异链球菌的定植与喂养方式之间的关系,判断母子间变异链球菌垂直传播的相关关系,为预防变异链球菌早期定植提供参考。方法:按3种不同喂养方式随机选取兰州地区6~36个月的婴幼儿及其母亲共90对,采用Dentocuh SM试剂盒检测母子口腔唾液中变异链球菌水平,问卷获得婴幼儿喂养信息。结果:在变异链球菌定植方面,母乳喂养方式对婴幼儿变异链球菌定植率较其他喂养方式低.且母子之间的传播存在统计学上相关性(P=0.017);人工喂养与混合喂养对婴幼儿变异链球菌定植无影响,母子之间的传播无统计学差异(P〉0.05);性别差异对婴幼儿变异链球菌定植无差异(P〉0.05)。结论:母乳较人工、混合喂养能够延缓变异链球菌在婴幼儿口腔内定植;变异链球菌在婴幼儿中存在多种传播途径。
AIM : To analyze the relationship between colonization of Streptococcus mutans ( S. mutans) and the feeding patterns and to investigate the transmission of S. mutans from mother to child in different feeding patterns. METHODS: Ninety pairs of 6-36 month old babies and their mothers were randomly chosen and information concerning feeding was obtained by questionnaire. Whole saliva was collected and Dentocult S. mutans chorionicgonadotropin kit was used to detect S. mutans in saliva samples. RESULTS: S. mutans colonization in breast-feeding infants was significantly lower than that in mixed-feeding and bottle-feeding infants (P 〈 0.05). No significant gender difference was found (P 〉 0.05). Among breast-feeding infants, there was positive correlation between the mothers and infants in S. mutans colonization, whereas no positive correlation existed in mixed-feeding and bottle-feeding mothers and infants. CONCLUSION: Breast-feeding can delay the colonization of S. mutans in infants'oral cavity compared with bottle-feeding and mixed-feeding. Transmission of MS in infants exists in different ways.
