摘要
目的对高职护生见习教学方法进行探讨,为提高高职护理教学质量提供参考意见。方法抽取2006级高职本科护生152名,随机分成两组,对实验组见习进行Seminar教学法干预,见习后对两组学生分别进行问卷调查和期末考试成绩分析比较。结果实验组学生的单科病例分析成绩、总成绩及护理专业表现方面与对照组学生比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论Seminar教学法能够提高高职护生的理论水平、应用知识的能力和临床护理能力等,值得推广。
Objective To investigate clinical learning of nursing student in vocational school so as to provide the reference to improving teaching quality of nursing clinical learning. Methods 152 nursing students recruited into the school in 2006 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The experimental group was taught with Seminar teaching method during their nursing practice. Both groups filled in questionnaires and took final, examinations after the practice, and their final examination scores were analyzed and compared. Results There were statistically significant differences between both groups with respect to case analysis scores, total scores and nursing performance (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Seminar teaching method could improve students' theoretical level, knowledge application ability and clinical nursing ability; therefore it is worth of wide application.
