摘要
试验考察了白腐真菌对直接耐晒大红、直接耐晒黄、直接耐晒果绿3种染料的脱色情况。试验结果表明,白腐真菌对不同种类的染料,色度的去除有不同的效果,对绿色染料的去除效果最好,其脱色率为83.8%;其次是黄色染料,脱色率为78.7%;而最难脱色的是红色染料,仅为35.8%。混合染料更难脱色,黄绿染料的脱色效果较好,脱色率为71.2%;三混(红、黄、绿)染料的脱色率为63.2%;红黄、红绿染料的脱色率分别仅为46%、43%。加入秸秆有利于染料废水的脱色,直接耐晒大红的脱色率提高到75.2%,而剧烈振动则会降低其脱色率。
The decolorization of the following 3 dyes: direct fast scarlet,direct fast yellow and direct fast green by white-rot fungus were investigated.The results of the test showed that,for different kinds of dyes,the decolorization property of white-rot fungus was different.The direct fast green was the dye which could be most easily removed,following direct fast yellow,the decolorization of scarlet dye was the hardest,and the decolorization rates of the above three dyes were 83.8%,78.7% and 35.8% respectively.For mixed dyes,the decolorization was much more difficult,the decolorization effect of yellow and green dye was relatively good with a decolorization rate of 71.2%;the decolorization rate of the mixed dye of scarlet,yellow and green was 63.2%,moreover,the decolorization rates of the mixed dyes: scarlet yellow and scarlet green were only 46% and 43% respectively.Adding straw stalk was of benefit to the dye-containing wastewater decolorization,the removal rate of direct fast scarlet increased to 75.2%;however,severe vibration would reduce the decolorization rate.
