摘要
利用C60 与乙二胺改性的玻璃表面进行加成反应,得到一种新的C60 自组装单层膜,在C60 自组装单层膜的基础上,将C60 与乙二胺反应制备了自组装双层和多层膜,并对其光致发光性质进行了研究.X 射线光电子能谱(XPS) ,激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(LDITOFMS) 的测试结果表明,在乙二胺改性的玻璃表面上存在以化学键键合的C60自组装单层和多层膜,并且随着膜的层数增加,C60 与乙二胺的键合由一维线形结构向三维网状结构转变,光致发光研究表明,C60 自组装膜存在与C60 不同的光致发光峰,且发光峰强度和位置随C60 自组装膜层数的不同而变化.
A new kind of self assembled monolayer and multilayer films were prepared by the reaction of C 60 with ethylenediamine modefied glass surface and with ethylenediamine,respectively.The films were examined by XPS and LDI TOF MS etc. The photoluminescence spectra of the self assembled films were measured.The results show that C 60 is bound firmly to the ethylenediamine modefied glass surface, and the structure of the film is turned from one dimensional linear structure to three dimensional net structure with the increase of the layer number of the self assembled films of C 60 .The intensity and position of the photoluminescence peak change with the layer number and they are different from the photoluminescence peak of pure C 60 .
