摘要
目的:探讨家庭干预对全髋关节置换术后老年患者功能恢复的影响。方法:选择60例择期行单侧全髋关节置换术后的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组予常规出院指导,观察组在此基础上,在出院后6个月内进行家庭干预。术后1、3、6个月评价两组患者的髋关节功能Harris评分情况。结果:观察组Harris评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:家庭干预可提高老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后的功能恢复。
Objective Discussion the family intervention on total hip arthroplasty functional recovery of elderly patients.Methods We selected 60 patients scheduled for unilateral total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into treatment and control group 30 patients,general discharge guidance for the control group,on this basis the experimental group within the family intervention for 6 months after discharge.1,3,6 months after the patients were evaluated Harris hip function score situation.Results： Harris scores the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： Family intervention can improve the femoral neck fracture after total hip replacement functional recovery.
