摘要
高风温是高炉提高喷煤比、节能降耗、降本增效的有效措施。迁钢2号高炉在设计上采用了优化热风炉结构,通过数学模拟确定最适宜的空燃比、采用自动燃烧系统、改善热风炉操作水平等措施分阶段提高风温,2008年8月开始高炉风温使用水平不断提高。至2009年9月,2号高炉平均使用风温长期稳定在1 280℃以上。高炉通过调整各项操作制度,接受高风温的能力逐步增强,高炉的各项经济技术指标迈上了一个新台阶。
High blast air temperature is an effective way for higher pulverized coal injection,energy saving and lower cost of BF operations.For the No.2 BF in Shougang Qian'an Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,the hot blast air temperature is raised through optimization of hot blast stove structure,making use of simulation to ascertain optimal air-gas ratio and application of automatic control combustion of hot blast stove etc.The hot blast air temperature was continuously increased from August 2008.The hot blast air temperature was above 1 280 ℃ in September 2009.By adjustment of the operating system,BF can assimilate high blast air temperature,the economical and technical indicators also climbed to a new level.
