摘要
利用绿色木霉、烟曲霉与皮状丝孢酵母共酵玉米秸秆,采用正交试验进行微生物油脂发酵。结果表明,多菌种混合发酵玉米秸秆生产微生物油脂的最佳条件:绿色木霉、烟曲霉与皮状丝孢酵母配比为1∶1∶1,接种量为10%,培养温度为28℃,培养时间为7d。在最佳条件下每100g玉米秸秆发酵产物中可获得1.247g油脂。研究表明,利用多菌种发酵玉米秸秆生产微生物油脂具有一定的可行性。
The corn stalks was co-fermented by Trichoderma viride, Aspergillus fumigatus and Trichosporon utaneum to produce microbial oil. The optimal process conditions were determined by L9 (34) orthogonal test. The microbial oils content of the corn stalks co-fermented by T. viride, A. fumigatus and T. utaneum with the ratio of strains was 1 : 1 : 1, the inoculum of strains was 10% at 28℃ for 7 d was 1.247g/100g fermentation products. The research showed that there was certain feasibility on production of microbial oil fermented by multi-stains with corn stalks.
