摘要
在传统无刷直流电动机中引入磁悬浮技术,构成二自由度无轴承无刷直流电动机,从而实现无刷直流电动机的更高转速运行。设计试验样机,提出一种新型的绕组结构。根据磁悬浮力产生机理推导出一个周期内的绕组导通规律,并应用Ansoft/Maxwell软件对样机进行有限元分析。通过对仿真结果的分析,证明了所推导的绕组导通规律的正确性及新型无轴承无刷直流电动机设计的可行性,并实现了对新型无轴承无刷直流电动机的结构设计。
A novel bearingless brushless DC motor with two-degree freedom was proposed through the adoption of magnetic suspension technology to traditional brushless DC motor in order to improve the operating speed.The prototype was designed and a novel winding arrangement was proposed.According to the principle of magnetic suspension force generation,the waveforms of the winding current commands in one cycle was derived.The FEA software Ansoft/ Maxwell was used to analyze the magnetic field destribution.And the results indicates that the waveforms of current commands are correct,that the structure of the novel bearingless brushless DC motor is right,and that the structure designing is carried out.
