摘要
随着工业技术的高速发展,人们对机械零件的加工和装配精度提出了更高的要求。在加工孔类零件时,测量方法、刀具磨损和车床自身等因素都会对加工精度带来较大影响。本文采用视觉检测技术,利用工件图像轮廓上各像素点相对质心力矩的大小,基于力学原理提出了一种区域质心算法,可以对孔类零件的内径实现精确的在线检测。
With the high-speed development of the technology, people have put forward a higher request in the precision of the process and assemblage for the part of the machine. In the machine works being processed, a finish machining for the hole part is generally necessary. There are greater degree of factor to the accuracy of process, because of the influence from the measurement, the cutter that wears away and the lathe itself etc. Adopting the measurement with vision and using the torque of each pixel at the outline of the workpiece to the centroid, an area eentroid arithmetic is put forward based on the torque principle in this pa per. This method can implement an accurate real time measure for the inner diameter of the hole part.
