摘要
采用ISSR标记对11个比利时杜鹃(Rhododendron hybridum)栽培品种(系)的遗传多样性进行研究.采用13条引物共获得多态性位点106个.POP-GENE 32软件分析结果表明,11个品种(系)的有效等位基因数为1.5564个,Nei's基因多样性指数为0.3207,Shannon多样性指数为0.4742,多态性位点百分率为85.48%,总的遗传多样性水平较高.利用6个标记产生的8个多态位点绘制了11个栽培品种(系)计算机化的ISSR指纹图谱,结果表明,ISSR标记可用于区分比利时杜鹃品种.
ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat) was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 11 cultivars of Rhododendron hybridum.Thirteen primers produced 106 polymorphic sites.The result analyzed by software POP-GENE 32 showed that the genetic diversity level of R.hybridum was high,effective alleles was 1.5564,Nei′s gene diversity was 0.3207,Shannon′s information index was 0.4742,and the percentage of polymorphic sites was 85.48%.Based on the 8 polymorphic sites amplified by 6 ISSR primers,a computerized ISSR fingerprinting was drawn to facilitate the management of 11 cultivars.The result confirmed that ISSR markers were available for the identification of R.hybridum cultivars.
