摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等,基于10年来上海市中学生田径锦标赛跳远成绩数据,从政策及其执行、青少年选材、训练过程及教练员素质等方面,分析影响上海市青少年跳远运动员比赛成绩的主要因素。认为应从体教深度结合角度出发,解决青少年跳远运动员的招生与出路问题;从项目的长远发展角度出发,增强跳远运动员选材的科学性;从职业生涯规划角度出发,提升青少年跳远教练员的职业素养。
This paper, based on the data of 10-year long jump result for Shanghai middle-school student track and field championship tournament, with the methods of literature review, interview, and questionnaires, studies the factors which influence the performance of Shanghai juvenile long jumpers, from the perspective of policies and their implementation, young athlete selection, training process, and the quality of coaches, etc. Suggestions should be taken into consideration as follows： the recruitment and future outlet of young long jump athletes, scientific selection of long jumpers, and professional quality of coaches for juvenile athletes.
