摘要
dl-四氢巴马汀明显对抗催产素和KCl所引起的大鼠离体子宫的收缩反应,对高K^+去极化后Ca^(2+)所引起的子宫收缩有明显松弛作用。使CaCl_2量效曲线右移,并抑制最大效应。对催产素依赖细胞内Ca^(2+)和细胞外Ca^(2+)的两部分收缩均有明显抑制,但对依赖细胞内Ca^(2+)的收缩抑制更强。结果表明dl-四氢巴马汀在子宫平滑肌上具有钙拮抗作用。
The calcium antagonistic effect of dl-tetrahydropalmatine(THP) on isolated rat uterus was observed. THP decreased significantly uterine contraction induced by oxytocin, KCl, CaCl_2. THP nonparallelly shifted cacium chloride dose-response curve to the right, and decreased the maximal response, showing noncompetitive antagonism, PD'_2 value was 4.6. THP obviously decreased the intracellular and extracellular calcium-dependent components in oxytocin-induced contraction response. These results have shown that THP not only mainly inhibited potential dependent calcium channel, but also decreased calcium relesese from intracellular stores.
