摘要
阐述了采用改进后的柠檬酸清洗工艺在运行炉上的应用，通过大量的动、静态试验，从加药方式、柠檬酸浓度、缓蚀剂的选用及其浓度、清洗温度、清洗液的ｐＨ 值以及锅炉的热态造膜工艺等进行了筛选，确定了适用运行锅炉的柠檬酸清洗、热态造膜工艺、并在４ ＃ 运行炉上应用获得成功．
Describes the application of adopting the improved process of citric acid for cleaning in boiler.A large number of dynamic and static testing was made.From the method of drug concentration temperature of cleaning.the pH value of cleaning solution and the process of membrane making in the hot conditions of boiler are screening.The suitable process of citric acid cleaning and membrane making are determined for boiler operation and achieved success in boiler operation of 4 # of our power plant.
