以CA6140车床为例探讨了车床机械结构的数控化改造,重点阐述了主传动系统的改造、步进电动机的选取、进给传动系统的改造、自动电动刀架的加装、主轴脉冲编码器的安装和滚珠丝杠螺母副的选用。
This article introduced the transformation of the lathe machine structure,and particular introduces the transformation of main drive system,the choice of the Stepper motor;the transformation of the feed drive system,the installation of automatic electric turret,the installation of the Spindle pulse encoder and function of the ball screw pair.
