前驱体体系pH值对LiFePO_4/C正极材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了LiFePO4/C正极材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和电化学手段对材料进行了结构表征和性能测试。研究了其前驱体体系pH值对材料性能的影响。结果表明:当前驱体体系pH值为8.4时,LiFePO4/C正极材料具有最佳的电化学性能。在0.1C倍率下充放电,磷酸铁锂首次放电比容量为164.8 mAh/g;在1C倍率下充放电,磷酸铁锂首次放电比容量为132.8 mAh/g,循环50次后放电比容量几乎不变。 LiFePO4/C cathode materials were synthesized by sol-gel method.The structures and electrochemical performances were characterized by XRD,SEM and electrochemical test.The effect of pH value of precursor system on the performances of LiFePO4/C cathode materials was investigated.The results demonstrate that the composite material has the most excellent electrochemical performance at pH value of 8.4 in precursor system.The cathode material exhibited high discharge capacities of 164.8 mAh/g and 132.8 mAh/g for the first cycle at the discharge rates of 0.1C and 1C,respectively.And at 1C rate,the material exhibited the excellent cycling stability with keeping the same discharge capacity during 50 cycles.
