摘要
对广钢股份公司电炉炼钢厂2#小方坯连铸机采用保护浇注工艺与敞开浇注工艺的铸坯质量进行对比。实践证明,采用保护浇注工艺,可以使连铸坯缺陷减少,铸坯内部和表面质量明显提高。
The qualities of billets produced by adopting protection casting process or open casting process were compared.The practice proved that the defects of billet were reduced and the inner and surface qualities of the billet were improved by adopting protection casting process.
