摘要
大学思想政治教育的主体是学生,而辅导员面向的主要是以班级为单位的学生群体。班干部管理措施实施的效果直接影响辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的效果。做好班干部各项管理工作就是要从班干部的选拔、管理、培养等方面入手,分析其在不同时期的突出问题和解决方案,为实际操作提供理论依据。
The main subject of college ideological and political education are students.However,the instructor mainly aims at the class and grade community.Class leaders management directly influences the implementation of ideological and political education.The construction of class leaders should start from each step,including selection,management,and cultivation etc.to analyze different problems and solutions at different time,and to provide the theoretical basis for the actual work.
