摘要
用原子吸收法测定土壤中Ｃａ 含量时， 有高浓度Ａｌ 存在会产生负干扰。在待测液中加入Ｓｒ２ ＋ 作为释放剂可以消除干扰， 并获得正确的测定值。
When determining Ca by atomic absorption, Al will exert minus influence. By adding Sr 2 as release reagent, the interference will be eliminated, the precise determination value can be obtained.
