摘要
在分析已有相关研究成果的基础上,界定了新型城镇化和城镇综合承载能力的内涵。分析得出了新型城镇化进程中城镇综合承载能力的基本框架即包括资源承载力、环境承载力、经济承载力和社会承载力,在此基础上,遵循既定的指标选取原则,构建了城镇综合承载能力的评价指标体系,这对于评价和提升城镇综合承载能力都有非常重要的意义。
On the basis of analysis of previous research,the concept of urbanization of new town and comprehensive carrying capacity of the town is redefined.Meanwhile,the basic framework of comprehensive carrying capacity of the town is concluded which includes resource carrying capacity,environment carrying capacity,economy carrying capacity and society carrying capacity.According to the set principle of index selection,evaluation index system of comprehensive carrying capacity is constructed,which is of great significance for the evaluation and improvement of comprehensive carrying capacity of the town.
