摘要
三电平中点钳位式变换器在高压大功率电力电子与电力传动系统中已经有了广泛的应用。本文对两种典型的三电平中点钳位式拓扑(二极管NPC、有源NPC)和一种比较新颖的三电平有源层叠式NPC拓扑进行比较分析,包括调制原理,功率损耗,器件成本和性能特点等。通过仿真和分析得出结论。
Three-level Neutral point clamping(NPC) converter has been found widely application in high power drive system.In this paper,two typical Three-Level NPC topologies(Diode NPC,Active NPC) and a new topology Three-Level active stacked NPC are compared in detail,including modulation strategy,power loss,device cost and operation characteristics.Conclusions are obtained through Simulink and analysis.
