摘要
布仑口-公格尔水电站地处高海拔、高地应力区,其引水斜井是目前国内已建和在建中倾角最大的深斜井之一,工程施工难度大,存在很多不安全因素。工程采用先挖施工导井,再自上而下扩挖的施工方案,并通过技术革新,成功使用自下而上全断面钻孔爆破-自重溜渣的施工导井开挖方法,保证了斜井的施工安全、质量、进度和经济性,施工导井顺利贯通。
The site of Bulunkou-Konggur hydropower station is located in an area with high terrestrial stress and high altitude.As one of the biggest steeply inclined shaft among the shafts which have been built and are being built,its inclined diversion shaft has many insecurity factors and construction difficulties.The construction scheme of first excavating the construction pilot shaft,then excavating from top to bottom was used in this project.The excavation method of construction pilot shaft with full face drilling blasting-bad rock displacement with gravity was used successfully through the technological innovation,which ensured the security,quality,progress and economy of construction pilot shaft and completed smoothly.
