内镜取石治疗慢性胰腺炎合并胰管结石32例体会 被引量：1

摘要 据统计有超过一半的慢性胰腺炎患者合并胰管结石[1]。胰管结石是慢性胰腺炎的一个特征性表现,可导致严重的腹痛。目前临床上常采用选择性胰管括约肌切开（EPS）结合内镜治疗慢性胰腺炎伴胰管结石,从而使绝大部分患者避免较大的手术创伤。
