原代培养新生大鼠海马神经元实验技术的建立 被引量:2

THE EXPERIMENTAL TECHNIQUE ESTABLISHMENT OF HIPPOCAMPAL NEURONS IN PRIMARY CULTURE

摘要 目的:摸索应用适合培养条件获取新生大鼠海马神经元的技术方法。方法:采用较低浓度、短时的酶消法配合应用含B-27的特殊培养基培养海马神经元细胞。结果:培养出的新生大鼠海马神经元结构特征明显且生长良好,有较高纯度。结论:本方法可以稳定地获得较高纯度的新生大鼠海马神经元。 Objective:Explore the technical methods of suitable culture conditions for hippocampal neurons.Method:A lower concentration,short of the enzymatic digestion,and appling the Neuralbasal Medium containing B-27 for hippocampal neurons 's culture Result: The feature of neonatal rat hippocampal neurons structure is clear,which grows well,and higher purity is founded.Conclusions: This method can obtain stability neonatal rat hippocampal neurons with a higher purity
