摘要
目的:探讨喉癌组织中微血管定量与其病理形态及生物学行为的关系。方法:选择45例经病理确诊的喉癌组织为实验组,20例喉良性病变组织为对照组,免疫组化法检测CD34的表达,计数微血管密度(MVD),并结合临床病理特征进行相关分析。结果:喉癌中微血管密度显著高于良性喉组织,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);喉癌中微血管密度与TNM临床分期、淋巴结转移、淋巴管浸润显著相关(P<0.05),而与病人的年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、组织学分级无关(P>0.05)。结论:喉癌组织微血管生成与其组织学特征及生物学行为密切相关。
Objective：To study the relationship between the microvessel density（MVD） and the pathologic features and biological behavior of laryngeal cancer.Methods：Forty five specimens of the laryngeal cancer and twenty benign laryngeal diseases were studied.MVD was evaluated by immunohistochemistry with the specific antibody CD34.The correlation analysis was made between MVD and clinical parameters.Results：The expression of MVD in tumor samples was significantly higher than that in normal tissues（P0.01）,The expression of MVD was significantly correlated with TNM stage,lymphatic metastasis and lymphovascular invasion（P0.05）,no significant correlation was found between MVD and age,gender,histological stage and location（P0.05）.Conclusion：Angiogenesis in laryngeal carcinoma tissue might be related to the histological features and biological behavior.
