摘要
胰腺的良性肿瘤比如黏液性或浆液性囊腺瘤、有功能或者无功能的神经内分泌肿瘤、低度恶性的囊腺癌、实性假乳头状瘤、真假性胰腺囊肿以及有症状的肿块型胰腺炎，均可以采用安全有效的局部切除术（胰头次全切除或者节段性胰腺切除术），既保证切除了病灶，又能最大限度地保留了胰腺内外分泌功能，目前在临床上的应用日渐增多。
