摘要
目的探讨脑梗死急诊院前溶栓治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院脑梗死急诊患者120例,分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组在住院前给予院前溶栓治疗,对照组不进行院前溶栓治疗,观察两组患者后期恢复效果。结果治疗组肌力明显改善率、意识改善率为93.3%、28.3%,对照组为55.0%、13.3%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组致残率5.0%,死亡率为1.7%,对照组为15.0%、8.3%,对照组致残率及死亡率显著高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论对于急性脑梗死患者进行院前溶栓治疗,能够显著减少其致残率和死亡率,提高治愈率,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To study curative effect of thrombolysis before admission in cerebral infarction patients. Methods 120 cerebral infarction patients in emergency department were divided into therapy group（n=60）and control group（n=60）.Thrombolysis before admission was administrated in the therapy group,while not in control group.Prognosis was compared between two groups. Results Improvement rate of muscle strength and consciousness was higher in therapy group than in control group（93.3% vs 55.0%,28.3% vs 13.3%,P〈0.05）.Mutilation rate and mortality was lower in therapy group than in control group（5.0% vs15.0%,1.7% vs 8.3%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Thrombolysis before admission in cerebral infarction patients may decrease mutilation rate and mortality and increase recovery rate and life quality.
