摘要
目的探求并观察一种治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎简便有效的方法。方法采用曲安奈德与臭氧联合运用膝关节内注射治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎98例,根据患膝的疼痛、肿胀、关节积液等指标的改善程度分为优、良、可、差。结果本组患者经过3～6周治疗,随访4～12周,优60例,良29例,可7例,差2例。总优良率90.8%,全组部分患者除局部胀痛外未见明显不良反应。结论通过本组98例患者疗效观察,两种药物的关节腔内注射能迅速缓解疼痛,减轻肿胀及积液,改善关节功能,是一种值得推广的方法。
Objective To explore and observe a simple and effective method treatment for traumatic knee synovitis. Methods Through the knee joint injection of Triamcinolone acetonide and Ozone, 98 cases of traumatic knee synovitis were observed. According to the degree of improvement of patients, they were graded as excellent, good, possible, poor. Results After treated 3 to 6 weeks, and followed up for 4 to 12 weeks, the excellent patients were 60 cases, good in 29 cases, possible in 7 cases, poor in 2 cases. Excellent and good rate was 90.8%. The whole group did not have obviously adverse reactions except some patients had discomfort of local pain. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide and Ozone can quickly relieve pain, reduce swelling or fluid and improve joint function, that is a worthy approach.
