摘要 目的分析军事院校不同年级学员的应付方式及与心理健康状况的关系,为有针对性进行心理健康教育提供依据。方法分层整群抽样抽取军事院校本科一至四年级共8个学员队737人,以中队为单位集中发给症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应付方式问卷均独立填写完成。结果 (1)三年级学员应付方式中求助因子、幻想因子、退避因子、合理化因子分与一、二、四年级学员差异显著或非常显著。(2)三、四年级解决问题因子分差异不显著。(3)是否独生子女应付方式各因子分差异不显著。(4)入校前为部队战士者,应付方式的自责、退避、合理化各因子分与地方高中入校生差异显著。军校大学生应付方式与心理健康有显著相关性。结论军校大学生不同年级应付方式不同,心理健康亦不同,心理健康与应付方式有关,应根据不同年级引导学员应用合理的应付方式对待生活应激,并根据学员的不同应付方式预测他们的心理健康状况,进行针对性的心理干预,减少心理问题的发生。 Objective To study the relationship between coping style and mental health status in military university students in different grades, and to provide a scientific basis for mental health education. Methods A total of 737 students from grade one to grade four in military academies were recruited with the method of stratified cluster sampling. Symptom Check List (SCL-90) and Coping Styles Questionnaire (CSQ) were used to access the mental health status and coping styles of each student. Results ( 1 ) The factor scores of recourse, fantasy, withdrawal and rationalization in third graders were significantly different wtih those in first graders, second graders and forth graders. (2) There was no significant difference in factor score of problem - solving between third graders and forth graders. (3) The factor scores of CSQ showed no significant differences between singleton students and non -singleton students. (4) The factor scores of self - accusation, withdrawal and rationalization were significantly different between students graduated from senior high school and those from the army. There was a significant correlation between coping styles and mental health condition. Conclusion The mental health status of military university students is related with their coping styles to stress. It is reasonable for students in different grades to cope with life stress with different coping styles. It is also possible to predicate a student' s mental health status according to his (or her) coping style, and to undertake specified psychological intervention to reduce the psychological problems.
