摘要
面向湖北电网发电机组一、二次调频问题,获得可适用于大范围变工况的锅炉和汽轮机的动态模型,并在协调控制系统中进行仿真验证,建立了研究发电机组调频性能的仿真平台;通过典型机组的对比试验和仿真研究,实施并完善了新的调频方案,验证了该方案在保证机组安全运行的同时,能使机组调频性能充分加强.
Aiming at Hubei power grid generating units for the primary and second frequency regulation(FR) problems,a new boiler and turbine dynamic model is established for a wide range of varying conditions.The model is proved to be able to work normal in the coordinated control FR simulation system.A new FR program is implemented and improved through comparison tests on typical units and simulation research.The program is proved to be able to meet the requirements of safety operation,so as to strengthen frequency regulation capability.
